bacon filled
i was loosly paying attention to the tv the other night when a commercial came on for a new Betty Crocker cake pan that allows you to have a filling in a cake. the narrator said, "when you cook your bacon filled cake..."it made sense to me. i love bacon. someday i hope to fulfill my dream of owning the web site baconisgood.com. i can list all of the great things bacon goes with, types of bacon, bacon recipes, great bacon restaurants, etc.
what the narrator was really saying was, "when you cook your bake n' fill cake..."
what a let-down. i suppose i could still fill the cake with bacon, but i really think this needs to get out to the public that bacon would be a grat cake filling. i was dissapointed that it really wasn't the case. maybe they should rename the cake pan something that sounds less like the word bacon so people aren't misled as i was.
